Flashing textures

Textures flash on and off, and seem to be worse when using custom block model on items. There seems to be the odd occurance where looking at a particular point the graphics are fine, and looking at other (particularly water) make it go really mental.

Drivers are up to date, doesn't happen in the previous weeks, happens using no resource pack, and using resource pack, on any graphic settings. Frame rate remains pretty good, no issues with sound. Entirely vanilla.

Unfortunately makes the game unplayable as the flashing is quite sickening.
