A Summoned Creeper Exploded and now blocks that I place are Invisible

I was playing on a superflat desert, and playing with command blocks, I summoned a creeper with a large explosion radius, switched to survival, and after it blew up, most blocks that I place nearby/in the explosion are invisible.
Even torches and redstone are invisible, but you can still see particles.
Command Used:
/summon Creeper ~ ~ ~ {powered:1,ExplosionRadius:100}
