Village Construction Bug

Simply, I just put in this seed: Helo Cymru
and came across a desert village.
Once found, I noticed a blacksmith, so in curiosity,
I walked toward the building.
Once there, the stairs were in an odd shape,
For some reason, I cannot access a screenshot,
but what it looks like is if you look at the entrance of the
blacksmith, normally, the steps would face forward, obviously.
But this time, the steps (looking at entrance again) were facing to the right.
