Glowstone becomes invisible at a certain height limit

When glowstone is placed it becomes completely transperant when above y=144 in certain chunks.

Just a note: these chunks were first loaded from earlier versions and could have effect on the occurances (Just a Guess)

Edit: Other transperant blocks react the same way as the glowstone
