title screen refresh

(this is a very long lasting bug thats been in minecraft since at least 1.5)

Put the summary of the bug you're having here:
title screen refreshed (brings a different splash text and resets the animation) when you click a button and then hit escape
What I expected to happen was...:
I would click on options and hit escape, and it would say the same splash text (pumpa kungen!)
What actually happened was...:
it showed a different splash text (GASP!)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open minecraft
2. hit any menu button (except obviously quit game)
3. hit escape
4. get a different splash text (and possibly get the mineceraft thing)
