Mobs don't track properly on snow
What I expected to happen was...:
Mobs would chase me down
What actually happened was...:
The mobs just jumped around
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a snowy biome
2. Time set night
3. Change gamemode to survival and wait for mobs to spawn
