When newly created in the snapshot, the End generates with the dragon and the crystals but without any blocks, not even the obsidian platform. Worlds where the End was already generated before the snapshots are not affected.

I think it's a chunk glitch, because when I did F3+A (to reload chunks) it was normal. But I did notice random fire just burning happily in midair near the ground and up high...
