Lag breaking and placing and when loading

I reported all together because it all came with this release and I think it is all connected.

When breaking a block it takes some seconds to disappear. Also when placing a block or a torch for example, it takes some second to appear.

And when I load a map I can see for some seconds through all, and see lava and mobs for example. Also happened one time with a loaded map (as the screenshot shows).

I should say that it doesn't matter if VBO (wich by the way decrease my FPS but I reported on an open issue) or VSync are on or off.
