Block breaking and placing glitches, its like block lag, but only visible because you can pick up the blocks and move through them but they appear to be there. Also happens with doors, they appear to either be where they were or go invisible.

I have had this same problem. Causing a block update usually fixes it. This snapshot has some real rendering issues.
