Whenever a block is placed, deleted, or changed, there is a very noticeable delay (Anywhere from a normal delay to .5 seconds to even 10 seconds). The delay changes at random. This applies to all blocks in the game, including doors and blocks with multiple states.

The file displays the door's issue in this bug. The door is technically closed (As shown by the hitbox), and nothing can pass through it, but without the hitbox outline it still appears to be open.

Here we see the issues with the blocks. The bock that I am looking at isn't really there, as it has no hitbox. It was deleted, and is passable, but appears to be there without looking at the hitbox.

I was experiencing the same issue in 14w29b in a non-MP world.
