[MC-62753] Piston Extensions have disappeared

When a world is loaded into 14w29b, all piston_extension blocks have disappeared. Using /setblock ~ ~ ~ piston_extension will not output that piston_extension is not an existent block, but will not place the block either.

Piston extension cannot be used in the game, as it is a technical block, which was removed in 1.7

I had been using piston extensions in the 1.8 snapshots and in 1.7 before this, though. It was only in 14w29 that they were removed from my world.

And there is no real reason to remove this block, in fact, it was very usefull because you could right-click this block and prevent players from opening containers, vines from growing and pistons from extending (those last 2 are still possible now, but will be removed with piston_extension)
