[MC-62846] Flashing screen on fullscreen mode

i installed the last snapshot (14w29b) and when i back to the 1.7.10 the screen has started to flash everytime that i enable the fullscreen mode. but when i record the game screen (i use dxtory), the problem don't apear in the video.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

According to NVIDIA there is no driver for your card and Windows 8.1-64 available.

but my computer with optifine + mc 1.7.10 get normaly 40-80fps with medium-high graphics betfore the problem. now i get even lower fps (15-25fps)
