I set up a line of Comparators lined up leading up to a dispenser, when turned on by a lever, the dispenser would start shooting rapidly in a 4 tick clock.

I did some testing on this, I confirmed that a comparator block updates a dispenser rapidly and causes it to fire. I added a screenshot to show this bug in action.
