[MC-6307] Bug with fireworks in dispenser

When dispenser shots out firework the server crashes and the map is broken.

Duplicate of MC-4715 , please use the search function to see if your bug has already been submitted. Currently over 40% of tickets are being closed as duplicate.

I cant get it now but it couses by placing firework into the dispenser and just turning the dispenser on.
