[MC-63145] Banner's Hitbox Only 1 Block Tall

basically the banner's hitbox is 1 block tall.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a banner.
2. Look at the hitbox. Looks like the hitbox is 1 block tall, isn't it?

i searched "banner only one block high" and found no results so i thought this wasnt a dupe. i also searched "banners" but i couldnt find a dupe
