[MC-63157] Fishing Rod / Carrot on a Stick not held correctly / Line not attached to pole

When holding a fishing rod (line not cast), it appears to be held backward as seen in the following picture. (The other picture is holding a fishing rod in 14w29b).

The line is calculated as if the fishing rod would be held correctly.
