Flashing Banners when in complete darkness.

Steps:
1.Build a room out of blocks that lets in no light.
2.Place down a banner in the room on the ground or the wall.
3.Move your camera angle until you see your Banner "Light Up"

P.S it does not produce any light level when it "Flashes" if you guys where wondering!
