Throwing a Splash Potion doesn't render the potion properly

When you throw a splash potion, a couple of things happen:
1. It doesn't face towards you (faces east)
2. The color of the potion isn't right (the one in the picture is a splash potion of harming, and its coming out as an undefined potion)

What still works:
1. When dropped, it renders fine
2. In inventory, it renders fine
3. When it hits the ground, the particles match the color of the potion.

I don't know if this bug is just me or anyone else, or if it has already been issued by someone else. If it has I apologize. Thanks! razlight789 :)
