Bone meal Bug

What I expected to happen was when i held right click with bone meal, it going to bone meal until the potato( i don't know this is what happens to other crops) was fully grown and stop bone mealing.

What actually happened was it kept bone mealing although the potato was fully grown.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plant the potato onto hydrated( or normal) tiled soil
2. Hold right click with bone meal
