Clicking 'Snooper Settings' crashes Minecraft

Clicking 'Snooper Settings' crashes the Minecraft window. I know not many people bother with Snooper Settings but I felt like it needed to be addressed

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to be shown the Snooper Settings, per usual

What actually happened was...:
Upon clicking the Snooper Settings button, the game showed the plain dirt background for about a second, then crashed and slapped me across the face with an error report 😞

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Minecraft 14w30c
2. Head into Options
3. Click 'Snooper Settings'
4. Wait for your game to crash

My game doesn't crash

I also have this problem. I am on Linux, and am using Java 1.7.0_65

Same problem here, attached log.

[edit]
Ok, for me it only crashes when I click on the "Snooper Settings" button before I load a game. When I'm in a game or after I 'saved and quit' a game, it works as it should. /edit

Confirmed. I'm guessing it's because some of the information displayed on the screen (probably graphics card data) isn't tested until a world is loaded. The snooper settings screen seems to work fine from the main menu, as long as a world has been loaded since the client was last opened.
