Ghost Blocks While Placing/Breaking

While breaking or placing blocks, there will be an occasional 'ghost' block, meaning that the block will appear to be gone or still there when it is not. While building it appears when placing lines of something, as one of the blocks placed will appear to not exist, as seen in the screenshot. While breaking blocks, occasionally the block broken will still be present visually, although it does not actually exist. It cannot be targeted, and can be walked through. Both issues usually disappear upon placing another block onto the glitched block, although not always, as shown in the screenshot.
