No visual feedback while editing world name or seed value

When creating a new world in v0.9.5, there is no visual feedback while typing or erasing text in the world name or seed text boxes.

For example I touch the world name box to edit it, the virtual keyboard pops up. The textbox remains "My World" no matter what I do, such as backspace or add further characters. Once I touch the "Done" button the changes are reflected but during editing there is no feedback. The seed box is the same, in that it stays blank while typing, etc.

Tested rebooting device, multiple keyboards (default google keyboard, SwiftKey, etc.). Issue wasn't present pre 0.9.5.
