What I expected to happen was...:
When I sneak, my cape would crouch down with me
What actually happened was...:
When I sneak, it stays as high as it is when I stand normally, so it hovers above my shoulders
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a cape
2. Sneak
3. Press F5 or look at a friend with a cape
This happens to me as well.
