The game not playable, and having pretty big performance issues in recent snapshots

So, I was having pretty serious framerate issues with the 1.8 snapshots, but I didn't mentioned it here, because they are development versions, I tought it's normal to have a bad performance there. But with this new snapshot(14w30a, b, c) it became much-much worse... With the previous minecraft versions, (1.7.x) I was having a nice 60+ fps. With the latest snapshot(14w30c), I have 15-30 fps.
But that's just the smaller part of the problem... Whenever I play, the game appears to be frozen. I can move around, click stuff, but the game is not responding to my actions... Like when playing a multiplayer game, and the server is having issues. I recorded it to a video here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WP681sUgrX4
I hear a lot of pepole talking about how big performance improvement is the new snapshot, but for me, it turned a game with perfectly fine framerate into a game which is unplayable because of "server-side" freezing and framerate issues. I don't think it's an issue with my computer, since I can switch back anytime to 1.7.x, and it's working fine.
I didn't mark older 1.8 snapshots as affected versions, because they only had bad framerate, not these freezing issues. I've triggered a debug crash too, just in case... it's attached below. Tried with a freshly re-installed windows as well.
Thanks for your help, and sorry for my bad english.

What's your CPU usage when game's running?

Yeah sorry, forgot to mention those... CPU, memory and GPU usage is far from full load... screenshot:

AFAIK high render distances are glitchy right now. You're playing on 32 chunks, so did you try anything lower than that? You could also attach console output.

@Mateusz Niedrowski
Attached console output. Tried it with render distance 20... Freezing is still as bad as before, framerate is a bit better (obviously). Still, the performance with 16 render distance in 14w30 is not even close to the 1.7.x performance

@Christopher Gowett
I'd not call it issue free, because I have to lower my settings compated to the previous version... That's an issue. And then the freezing is still there.

Available option doesn't mean issue-free gameplay. It's available as long as you allocate 2GB of RAM. If you have enough you can allocate it, but if you have weak CPU or GPU you still won't be able to handle big render distances.

So at the very beginning, right after you load up your world console throws:

Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 53354ms behind, skipping 1067 tick(s)

which means you have almost 1 minute lag. Because your CPU is not overloaded and you've tried fresh system I can't tell you anything else other than it's not your PC's fault for sure. However two things come to my mind. You can try to install Java 8 (make sure you uninstall previous version first) or it could be Windows 8.1. I never had it and even tho it's been released quite some time ago I still don't believe it in terms of compatibility and such.

Yeah, I'll try Java 8, and if that don't work, I'll wait for any ideas to pop up... If that don't happen, I'll try installing a windows 7, but I don't understand how could that be an issue.I have tried allocating 4 gb of RAM, it didn't help. I might have said it incorrecly before, but I do have issues without using the "Extras" of 1.8. I have this "server-freezing" and framerate issues in 14w30c with 16 render distance as well. (English is not my native language, not even the 2nd one, so sorry for that.)
On the other hand, I can't see which part of my system is holding back the performance of the game, because none of them is overloaded.

Duplicate of MC-63625? Really? How does framerate have something to do with blocks/entity non-responsivness in that case? You can see his framerate is good (20-30 FPS while recording with 32 render distance). Did moderator read description and watch video? Clearly not.

Yes, the frame rate is a part of this issue.
