[MC-64269] Feather Falling not working at all.

As the title says. I haven't tested any other levels than IV. When I jump down a huge ~20 blocks cliff I still get the same fall damage and the boots remain unused. Even the green bar doesn't appear. Halp!

But that the durability doesn't decrease with fall damage is intended I think

I doubt that it's intended because in older versions it took damage but absorbed fall damage.

Hmm.. Marcono, when you tried to recreate it did you use /enchant or did you actually enchant it?
