/worldborder, /scoreboard and /debug with invalid arguments don't print an error message

How to reproduce: Run "/worldborder ijgdfghjkfd", see as no error message is printed. Most other commands do, for example try "/tp hdkjfhdskjf".

edit: Also affects /scoreboard and /debug.
