Upside Down Stairs Hitbox Not Registering on Certain Angles

As you can see in the first screenshot, the hitbox is appearing properly. However in the second screenshot the stairs hitbox is not appearing. This causes the player to break the block behind the stairs instead of the stairs themselves.
