Holding an item whilst sneaking.

Whenever you sneak/crouch whilst holding an item, if you go into F5 mode, you can see the item isn't matched up with the players hand, and it floats in there elbow. This is visible on Multiplayer Servers too if you look at someone doing the same thing.
