cannot confirm that it outbuts durring the middle of the day, is something else powering the lamp?

migrated

its not a "night sensor" its a daylight sensor. it is only supposed to power during the day.

It's the inverted daylight sensor signal - so it is working as itended.
Daylight sensor has a long period (during nighttime) where it has no signal and during daytime it has a rising strengh until midday.
The inverted sensor is mostly active, only during midday it will completely loose its power strengh.

cannot confirm - works as intended

ah i see, never mind, i failed to see this at first, now it makes sense, no bug here.

works as intended

Confirmed for 32d. this is a better discription:
If you have an inverted Daylight Sensor, it does not turn off at daytime, actually it never turns off. A non-inverted daylightsensor does turn off at nighttime so an inverted should do that on daytime.

I am asking if this can have a reopen?

migrated

An inverted sensor will provide no power between time=4294 and time=7704,which is during the day time.
This issue is invalid and there is no reason for it to be reopened.

@Aaron Rhodes it didnt in 32d. Also if the time was between those. It is fixed.

This issue is still present on the Xbox One version. I can't get the inverted daylight sensor to stop powering the redstone lamp during the daylight, it works correctly when the daylight sensor is only on during the daylight.
