[MC-64926] Placing pumpkins in a dispenser and then powering it, will result in nothing.

When you place a normal pumpkin in a dispencer, and then powering it, it will give the smoke effect but nothing will happen, the pumpkin will stay in the dispencer.

This is not "works as intended" because:
a) Other blocks are dropped
b) It also doesn't move pumpkins into other dispensers/droppers/inventories

I discovered that when you try to create a snow golem using a dispenser with a pumpkin, it will work.
