[MC-65097] Throwing potions through blocks

Potions can go through upper part of block if you throw them on distant third of texture. You need to stand beside this block.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time.

Yes, potions are now displayed slightly higher relative to their position, so the bug is not nearly so apparent.
