Daylight Sensor Doesn't Drop Item When Toggled

The Daylight Sensor doesn't drop its item when toggled.

What I expected to happen was for the Daylight Sensor to drop its item when it was toggled

What actually happened was the Daylight Sensor did not drop its item when it was toggled.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a Daylight Sensor on the ground.
2. Right Click it so the top is blue
3. Break it with a Pickaxe.
