Chest texture glitches in hotbar

I was joking around with FOV, texture pack and Super Secret Settings.

*What I expected to happen was...
The chest which was apparently in my hotbar should act normal

What actually happened was...:
The chest's inside (the black square) appeared on top of the chest's head.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a chest in your hotbar (slot 5)
2. Change texture pack to normal
3. Press the Super Secret Settings until you have normal again
4. Screw around with FOV and put it to Quake Pro after
