Beacon Not Accepting Choices.

Have Beacon setup as normal but when user is trying to select the 2 selection (e.g. Speed and Regeneration) and then places the sacrificial item (e.g. Gold Ingot, Diamond, Emerald) and then clicks the confirm button, it kick out of screen like normal but does not take item nor does it activate the selections and holds the sacrificed item in the beacon.
