[MC-66140] Ench. Depth Strider doesn't work when going up the vertical water flow

Ench. Depth Strider doesn't work when going up the vertical water flow, its speed of climbing up the water flow is the same without this enchantment. Not sure if Intended or a Bug

The Depth Strider enchantment is only meant to increase underwaker walking speed. The vertical speed remains as is.

But if you are walking/diving in a vertical water flow, you are IN the water not on it.

There is no ground when going up a vertical flow of water, so how is the speed going to increase?
