The default steve skin and steve head are completely messed up. There are parts in the wrong place, and some parts are missing.

My skin works just fine for me on 14w32d. On my brother's computer, it looks like a suped bugged Steve. Parts of the skin are in the wrong place, and some parts, are MISSING. pls fix 🙂
