Hunger bars goes up automatically when change difficulty from peacefull to normal in a minecraft server.

This bug occurred to me on a ubuntu server running the minecraft snapshot 14w31a to 14w32d.

To reproduce, start an dedicated server with the configuration setting difficulty to 0. Then go in to the server and change the difficulty to normal using the difficulty command.

After you ran around you'll notice that your hunger will automatically go full every single time.
