[MC-66554] Time Out Connection Error when in Realms

I've been on a Realm for over a week now, and I get timed out of the server so much! Sometimes it's every 40 mins, others it can be every 2, and other times I can spawn in the game and be kicked out already!

If you Google it a lot of other people are having the issue this week as well.

I've tried everything from re-downloading minecraft, java, setting static IP, port forwarding, allowing through firewalls, and so on. No luck.

What I expected to happen was...:
Play without timing out so much

What actually happened was...:
I time out a lot!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Realm
2. Play
3. Chunks drop to 0 and then time out connection error

What do you mean by "Chunks drop to 0"?

When running debug the chunk updates drop to 0, and then about 5-10 seconds later I timeout. I have also now had a friend on the same Realm confirm he's having the same issue.
