I put down a spruce wood door, somewhere where I had not intended to, so I then went to delete/remove the door.
I expected that a spruce wood door would be returned to my inventory, and instead a regular wooden door appeared.
to reproduce:
1. Place a single spruce wood door down on a stone block
2 mine the door
3 check inventory
