[MC-66782] Can't target only ops (or non-ops) with command selectors

There are no selectors for commands that let you target only ops or only non-ops.

This would be useful for anything where you might want to give ops special privileges, immunitities, or even just pretty particle effects.

Your missing feature is my bug.... but point taken. I figured it was worth a shot.

Is there a place where a mere mortal without 100k+ youtube subs or twitter followers can make serious suggestions (i.e. not the general forums that get clogged with silly suggestions)?

Now all I have to do is create a reddit account and figure out how to accumulate "10 Comment Karma".
