Server Whitelist

To be able to add someone to the server using the /whitelist add name it will say it couldn't add them to the whitelist even though the account is really. They need to of been on the server once and not rejected by the whitelist. Which means i have to turn it off and have them join then add them which is a hassle. Thank you Dan Marks
