Doors and fence gates slow to respond

I do not know if it's just my computer, but opening gates and doors not displayed correctly as you can see on picture. Must wait few moment before finally displayed correctly.
Even if it is opened using a pressure plates.
Also, it isn't all the time, just when I come back to it after some time.
