[MC-67349] The block "Chiseled Stone Brick" will not craft

So I wanted to craft a chiseled Stone brick out of Stone Slabs, one over another in the crafting table or in the craftiing menu. The Chiseled Stone Brick will not appear. So I'm guessing this is a bug? Anyone know what is going on? Thanks 🙂

According to your report you are in version 1.7.10. Crafting recipe for "Chiseled Stone Brick" was added in 1.8 (snapshot 14w02a).

So your saying that this is craftable in 1.8? So is 1.8 out or something? I can use the blocks on creative mode and make stone bricks and cracked stone bricks in 1.7.10 just not the chiseled stone bricks?
