[MC-6755] TNT minecarts do no damage to the player

This is incorrect, but I am unable to close the issue (was in peaceful mode when testing).

I didn't get any damage. Maybe it's related to any factor? Speed, maybe a lower damage radius?

Explosions in general do no damage in peaceful mode. It's intended.
