When you throw an arrow with a bow without flame across lava, the arrow becomes in a flamed arrow. But when you throw an arrow with a bow enchanted with flame across water, the arrow don't blow out.

The flaming arrow in water is intended in 1.7.10, but flame arrows will now extinguish in water in 1.8.
