i was placing redstone torches around TNT and the stone and tnt blocks i clicked to place the torch disappeared? not unlike the glitch in the snap shot.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
Also attach some screenshots please.
