Item duplication when dropped from creative inventory

When an item is dropped from inventory in creative mode and picked up again, the item is duplicated.

The same occurs when the item is picked up by a hopper and the gui is accessed quickly enough.

It only happens when dropped from inventory using the drop item key (not directly from hotbar)
