[MC-6830] Crash on startup using 13w02a snapshot

I receive the included crash report when I login using the latest snapshot, I've tried backing up my .Minecraft folder and downloading a fresh one, but I'm still crashing...

this will be my first of many bug reports, sorry it took so long 🙂

Exact same problem here. Workaround is to run as administrator.
