Minecraft doesn't read saves properly

I was building a map on a Bukkit 1.7.9 Server and I wanted to copy it with MCEdit to another save. When I try to open the save with a 1.8 snapshots, the map is messed up. There are missing blocks everywhere, and when I open the save with Minecraft 1.7.9, everything is back to normal. Here's a photo how it looks.

Perhaps include the world download so we can actually see what's wrong?

Daniel Mas, I think you didn't understand me right. I only used bukkit to build the map. I copied the world save from the bukkit server and opened it with a clean unmodded Minecraft 1.7.9 version, and the world was loaded without any problems. I even copied the world with MCEdit to another world, I thought that bukkit was making some issues, but there is something not right with this snapshots. I don't know if this will help, but I downloaded the map from Planet Minecraft and I used VoxelSniper and WorldEdit when I was building the map.
Here's my world save: https://www.dropbox.com/s/i9j6zejs1hns09h/world_spawn.zip
Here's the map I downloaded: http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/capture-the-flag-map-1/

Seeing no difference between 1.7.9 and 14w34d.

Kumasasa, I have trouble loading my version of the map, the original one seems to work fine.

Mojang, you can remove this post, I found a solution to my problem, i'll use the "Fill and Replace" tool in MCEdit to replace the missing blocks
