Book and Quill requires update when renamed

I was renaming books in creative with anvils just for testing the bugs. The first bug I found was this one. Here is how I done it:

1-Get one Book and Quill from Creative Menu
2-Put it at anvil and rename it
3-Open it

After that, you can't write on the book. You can only write on the book after going to another page and return back.
